Born on 14th September 1987, Rtr.Vinit did his schooling from Nanavati High School and gained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics. Even during his college days his passion for community service saw him being a part of various social events and initiatives.
He took his first step into the Rotaract fraternity in the year 2004 when he joined the Rotaract club of N. M. College and was immediately given the opportunity to be the Co-ordinator for Web Communications. That was just the beginning of his exciting Rotaract journey. He went on to serve the club in the coming years in various capacities such as Director - International Services, Director - Web Communications and Vice President. His commitment and inclination to innovate was acknowledged by the District and he was awarded the Outstanding Vice President of the year.
In 2007, he joined the Rotaract Club of Bombay Film City and immediately shouldered the responsibility of the Club Secretariat. His dynamism and strong leadership qualities saw him being elected as the Leader of the club for the year 2008-09. Under his able president ship that year the club soared to much greater heights, they not only rocked the District with its 32 strong members and bagged 27 awards, but the Club was also ranked in the Top 5 Clubs of the District. His passion for Rotaract and his zeal to experiment led him to be the recipient of the most prestigious award at the Rotaract District, he was awarded the Best President of the Year acknowledging his achievements as a leader. He moved on to serve the District in the consequent years as Director – Professional Development, Zonal Head, Director – Web Communications and Deputy D.R.R. A leader unabashed by challenges and determined by conviction for whom Rotaract is a way of life.
Apart from being an enthusiastic and dynamic Rotaractor he is also an ambitious entrepreneur and is currently pursuing his MBA in Social Entrepreneurship from NMIMS and aspires to put his learning from Rotaract into practice to benefit the society. Soon after graduation he wasted no time and started his own Web and Graphic Designing Firm styled “CREATIWITTY”. The name resembling just the way he is Creative+Witty.
